1 General Terms and Definitions

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Account Verification and Security

tk177 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Users must verify their identity before requesting a withdrawal or at any time when required.

3.2 Password and Account Security

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for betting and gaming activities on tk177.

6.1 Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• tk177 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at erroneous odds due to a technical error.
• Bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.
• If a game or event is cancelled, the staked amount for the related bet will be returned to the balance.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL), badminton, and other sporting events is governed by the following rules:

• Live betting may continue after the scheduled start time of a match.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement may be delayed until an official result is published.
• Bet settlement will always be based on the results of the official sports governing body.

6.3 Casino Games

8.1 Consequences of Suspension

If an account is suspended, all transactions and gaming activity will be halted until the review is complete. If guilt is established during the investigation, all balances will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

12 Amendment & Termination of Terms

12.1 Amendment of Terms

tk177 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

12.2 Account Termination

A user may close their account at any time by notifying the support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided there is no reason for a terms violation. In the event of a terms violation, tk177 reserves the right to close the account without notice.
